This set continues the annual release by the Perth Mint of proof versions of Australia's One Ounce Gold, Platinum and Silver bullion collector coins. The 1998 3 coin set comprises:
  • $100 - Gold One Ounce Grey Kangaroo Joey,
  • $100 - Platinum One Ounce Koala on Fallen Logand
  • $1 - Silver One Ounce Two Kookaburras The 150 mintage limit for the 1998 3 coin 1oz Mixed Metal proof set was fully subscribed. The coins in the set are housed, individually encapsulated, in a jarrah presentation case.
