| A-249 | Obverse: DRAPERS WATERLOO HOUSE in 3 straight lines in center with pointed bars above and below first line. HOBDAY & JOBBERNS above and CHRISTCHURCH below, round within beaded rim. The bars each have a large dot at their center. Reverse: Arms of Canterbury province with ADVANCE CANTERBURY on the scroll. STOKES & MARTIN in small letters below. Animals heads touch the bars below them. Tunnel entrance is relatively small. 34mm piece. |
