1996 Queen's Birthday $5 Coin & $20 Note Set |

To mark the 70th birthday of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand released a Coin and Note set featuring a 70th Birthday .925 Silver Proof Five Dollar and a special Overprinted $20 paper note with 'ER' Serial Prefix. A total of 3,000 sets sere issued. Each set was accompanied by an individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity with a number which matched the serial number on the $20 banknote. The $5 coin is encapsulated while the $20 note is enclosed in a plastic sleeve. The pair are housed in a plush velvet, royal blue, hinged-lid presentation case. Valuation :
