Notes:

This coin was released on 10th October, 1995 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations which held its first meeting on 25th April, 1945. It is the first commemorative Australian 20 cent coin.

In 1998, the Canberra mint released a .999 Silver Twenty Cents frosted proof coin with a reverse design struck from a modified die used for the production of the 1995 United Nations twenty cents reverse.
