Notes:

This reverse-frosted specimen coin was not issued individually. It was included in 20,000 2-coin Australian Landmarks - Coins of the Victorian Capital sets distributed by the Canberra Mint.
Featured on the reverse of this coin is a quintessential icon of the Victorian capital - a Melbourne tram. With over 500 tram cars and an intricate network of more than 300 kilometers of track, the Melbourne tram service has provided an efficient public transport system to the city's populace for over 100 years. Also featured on the coin, towering in the background behind the tram, is the instantly recognisable spire of the Victorian Arts Centre - a city landmark in its own right.
