1996 3 Coin Silver Proof Set Kookaburra & Chick

This set represents the annual release by the Perth Mint of proof versions of Australia's bullion silver coins. The 1996 3 coin set comprises:
  • $10 - Ten Ounce,
  • $2 - Two Ounce and
  • $1 - One Ounce. The 300 mintage limit for the 1996 3 coin Kookaburra & Chick silver proof set was fully subscribed. The set was issued with each coin individually encapsulated and housed in a special blue, flip-cover presentation box.
