1993 5 Coin Gold Proof Set Whiptail Wallaby

This set represents the annual release by the Perth Mint of proof versions of Australia's bullion collector gold coins. The 1993 5 coin set comprises:
  • $100 - One Ounce,
  • $50 - Half Ounce,
  • $25 - Quarter Ounce,
  • $15 - Tenth Ounce and
  • $5 - Twentieth Ounce. The 2,000 mintage limit for the 1993 5 coin gold proof set was not reached with a total of only 430 sets actually released. The coins in the set are housed, individually encapsulated, in a hinged lid jarrah presentation case.
