1991 8 Coin Proof Set


This set represents the annual release by the Royal Australian Mint of proof versions of Australia's circulating coins. The set contains the last release of Australia's
  • One Cent and

  • Two Cents coins. Other coins in the set are:

  • Five Cents,

  • Ten Cents,

  • Twenty Cents,

  • 25th Decimal Anniversary 'Ram' Fifty Cents,

  • One Dollar and

  • Two Dollars. A total of 64,522 proof sets were released, the eight coins being housed, sealed in a see-both-sides hard plastic case and presented in a special leatherette protective wallet and a colourful presentation box.

    Notes:

    A very limited Singapore coin fair edition of 100 proof sets were released. The outer box of the sets has a yellow sticker with the words 'One in 100. This is only one of 100 specially packaged sets produced for the Singapore International Convention'. The set also contains a special certificate. Valuation details are shown in the following table:
