1991 5 Coin Gold Proof Set Common Wallaroo

This set represents the annual release by the Perth Mint of proof versions of Australia's bullion collector gold coins. The 1991 5 coin set comprises:
  • $100 - One Ounce,
  • $50 - Half Ounce,
  • $25 - Quarter Ounce,
  • $15 - Tenth Ounce and
  • $5 - Twentieth Ounce. The 2,000 mintage limit for the 1991 5 coin gold proof set was not reached with a total of only 1,096 sets actually released. The coins in the set are housed, individually encapsulated, in a jarrah presentation box and accompanied by a gold ingot/medallion.
