1990  3 Coin 1oz Mixed Metal Proof Set

This set represents the annual release by the Perth Mint of proof versions of Australia's One Ounce bullion collector coins. The 1990 3 coin set comprises:
  • $100 - Gold One Ounce Grey Kangaroo,
  • $100 - Platinum One Ounce Koala on Tree Trunk and
  • $5 - Silver One Ounce Kookaburra Near Tree Trunk. The 1,000 mintage limit for the 1990 3 coin 1oz Mixed Metal proof set was not reached with a total of only 373 sets actually released. The coins in the set are housed, individually encapsulated, in a jarrah presentation case.
