    The coins are encapsulated and housed in a special presentation wallet. The pair were the first in a three year series of proof Holey Dollar and Dump coins issued by the Perth Mint between 1988 and 1990.

    At the Coin Fair held in Sydney during November 1988, a limited edition issue of 500 Holey Dollar and Dump pairs were released. Valuation details of this coin fair issue are shown in the following table:
