1988 Brisbane Expo $5 & $2 Trade Note Pair

In 1988, the World Expo, held in Brisbane between April 30 and October 30, issued its own Trade Notes. Two notes were issued - five dollars and two dollars.

The trade notes were used in exchange for goods and services, as if they were legal tender, throughout Expo 88.
