Notes:
The National Bank of Australasia supplied 13,900 five pounds note forms to the Australian Government in 1911. In the ensuing 2 years, an additional 500,000 note forms were obtained direct from the bank's printers, Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co., London. These later notes had a bank serial number with a prefix of Y.
