1993 Eminent Women $10 Note & 25 Pane of Stamps Deluxe Portfolio

Note Printing Australia and Australia Post jointly issued a Deluxe Portfolio in 1993 featuring an AP 93 Prefix, Black Serials $10 polymer note and a specially produced pane of 25 45c postage stamps.

The Portfolio pays tribute to three of Australia's most prominent women - Dame Mary Gilmore, who appears on the front of the new $10 polymer note, Dame Enid Lyons and Dorothy Tangney, the latter two being featured on the pane of stamps produced exclusively for the portfolio.

A total of 4,500 Deluxe portfolio's were sold. The $10 note in the portfolio has a serial number printed in black with the special prefix of AP (for Australia Post) and a number in the range 000501 to 005000.
