A unique Full Sheet of 40 Macfarlane/Evans 1997 $5 Polymer Notes was printed by Note Printing Australia and donated for fund raising. Each note on the sheet had a serial number of 000000 with a prefix from BA to EA 97. The sheet was auctioned at the 1998 Australian Associated Press Group's Financial Markets charity fund raising dinner in Sydney. The sheet did not survive intact. It was cut into a single block of 4, one pair and 34 individual notes.
