A total of 5,000 Blocks of 8 Notes with Red serial numbers prefixed with the letters HK (Hong Kong) were released by Note Printing Australia in 1997. Each note on the sheet is a Macfarlane/Evans Recoloured Polymer $5 Note (Red Serials - HK Prefix). The first numeral in the serial number of each note in the sheet is an 8. Valuation :
