1993 First & Last $10 Note Set Standard Souvenir Folder

To celebrate the release of the $10 polymer note for circulation, Note Printing Australia issued First & Last $10 Note Pairs in a Standard Souvenir Folder. The polymer note in the set is overprinted with the date of issue - 1 November 1993 - and has a purple serial number in the range AB 93 000001 to 040000.

The notes in the set are:

1993 Fraser/Evans - Purple Serials - 1 November 1993 Overprint $10 Polymer, and

1991-92 Fraser/Cole $10 Paper. A total of 40,000 sets were offered for sale.
