To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the introduction of decimal currency, Note Printing Australia released 800 note sets in leather bound portfolios. The notes in the impressive sets came from NPA's archives, consisting of final print run Ten Shillings, One Pound, Five Pounds and Ten Pounds notes together with first print run One, Two, Ten and Twenty Dollar notes.
The serial number on each note is below 1000 and the last three digits match on each note. The numbers on the Ten Shillings and Five Pounds notes fully match.

The full set of first and last banknotes was completed in 1994 when NPA released a 3-Banknote portfolio consisting of first print run 5 dollar, 50 dollar and 100 dollar notes.
