Notes:

The Kell/Heathershaw signature combination is printed in very dark blue. In some catalogs, a distinction is made between black and dark blue signatures. The colour appears as black unless the note is held up to a strong light. The serial numbers used for the Commonwealth Bank type were within the range used for the Note Issue Department type, however, prefixes of only Q/8, Q/9 or Q/10 occur.
