Notes:

Fraser/Evans Five Dollar notes with the serial prefix FE 96 were not issued for circulation. They were included in 1,000 two note 'Signatures' Premium Folders and a further in 1,500 two note Deluxe Folders to mark the change in signature following the appointment of Mr I. J. Macfarlane as the new Governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia.
