Notes:
In 1994, Note Printing Australia began the practice of incorporating the year of manufacture as part of the serial number - the two digits following the first two letters in the prefix. For the collector market, the first serial numbers each year are issued in specially prepared folders.
The first 900 notes released - from AA 94 000101 to AA 94 001000 were printed with red serial numbers and distributed in what was called a 'Premium' Folder.
