They were included as one of the notes in each of the following uncut note sheets - 3,000 in Horizontal Pairs, 1,500 in Vertical Pairs and 1,500 in Blocks of 4 issued by Note Printing Australia at coin fairs in Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney respectively.
