Notes:

Continuing its annual release program, Note Printing Australia issued notes with the early serial numbers for the year to the collector market in specially prepared folders.

The second batch of notes - 1,200 notes with serial numbers from AA 99 001001 to AA 99 002200 were printed with black serial numbers and distributed in a 5 note 'Deluxe' Folder. A further 1,120 notes were released in 280 'Deluxe' Uncut Blocks of 4.
