Notes:
Red Serial and Overprint Macfarlane/Evans Twenty Dollar notes with the serial number prefix MH were not issued for circulation. They were included in 1,000 Premium Portfolio Note/Stamp folders to pay tribute to the shaping of Australia in it's seafaring past.
The first 1,000 notes released - from MH 99 000001 to MH 99 001000 were printed with red serial numbers and overprint. A further 2,000 were printed with black serial numbers and overprint.
