Notes:

Continuing its annual release program, Note Printing Australia issued notes with the early serial numbers for the year to the collector market in specially prepared folders.

The first 900 notes released - from AA 98 000101 to AA 98 001000 were printed with red serial numbers and distributed in a 5 note 'Premium' Folder.

The 1998 Macfarlane/Evans $20 Polymer note with Red serials was also included in 400 Premium Blocks of 4 and 400 Premium Vertical Pairs released by Note Printing Australia.
