Notes:

Red Serial, Lawrence Hargrave Centenary Overprint $20 paper notes were not released individually. Australia Post and Note Printing Australia combined to produce a second banknote/postage stamp collector issue when they released the Lawrence Hargrave Centenary Premium Portfolio. Fraser/Evans paper $20 notes were used with the last serial prefix of ADK.

An overprint on the reverse in the watermark area to the right reads 'Lawrence Hargrave Centenary Portfolio' immediately followed by the 4 digit portfolio number.

The first 1,000 sets contained notes with a red serial number between 000001 and 001000. The remaining 4,000 were printed with black serial numbers.
