Notes:

The Fraser/Evans signature combination with a serial prefix of ADK were the last twenty dollar notes printed for circulation prior to the introduction of circulation twenty dollar polymer notes in 1994.

The note was included in 5,000 First & Last $20 Embossed Deluxe Folders released by Note Printing Australia.

The ADK prefix 1993-94 Fraser/Evans $20 Paper note was also included as the final note in each of 250 uncut full sheets sold by NPA in early 1995.

In 1997, 4,000 $20 notes with the Fraser/Evans signature combination and the last serial prefix of ADK were overprinted and used in a Sir Charles Kingsford Smith Centenary Coin and Note Set jointly issued by the Royal Australian Mint and Note Printing Australia.
