Notes:

Fraser/Evans, 1 November, 1993 overprint $10 notes were not issued individually. They were included in three 'First & Last' note folders issued by Note Printing Australia.

A total of 40,000 notes with the overprint were released in Standard Souvenir Folders with purple serial numbers starting from AB 93 000001. Each was accompanied by a Fraser/Cole paper $10 banknote (not the last serial prefix of MRR). A further 9,000 Embossed Deluxe first & last pairs were issued with black serial numbers on the polymer note and 900 more Premium Portfolios with red serial numbers.
