Notes:

Fraser/Cole $10 paper notes were included in 1993 'First & Last' Standard Souvenir Folders issued by Note Printing Australia.

The note was also included in uncut sheet issues - 3,000 Pairs, and 8,000 Blocks of 4.

In 1994, uncut full sheets of 40 Fraser/Cole $10 paper notes were sold by public tender by Note Printing Australia.
