AA 96 prefixed Fraser/Evans, 1 May, 1996 overprint polymer $100 notes with red serial numbers were not issued individually. They were included in Premium Portfolio First & Last Pair Folders issued by Note Printing Australia.
The 900 notes released - with serial numbers from AA 96 000101 to AA 95 001000 were distributed as a pair with a Fraser/Cole paper note with a matching serial number.
