Notes:

AA 96 prefixed Fraser/Evans, 1 May, 1996 overprint polymer $100 notes with brown serial numbers on top and green serial numbers below were not issued individually.

The 2,000 notes released - with serial numbers from AA 96 001001 to AA 96 003000 were distributed as a pair with a Fraser/Evans paper note with a last prefix ZLD serial number in a First Day of Issue 'Embossed Deluxe Folder'. A further 3,000 single notes with overprint 1 May, 1996 were released in Standard Souvenir folders with serial numbers between AB 96 003001 and 006000.
