AA 96 Serial Number Prefixed Fraser/Cole $100 paper notes were not released individually for circulation. They were included in a total of 900 two note Premium Portfolio Folders issued by Note Printing Australia along with the new polymer $100 note with a matching serial number and first day of issue overprint. The notes' serial numbers ranged from AA96 000101 to AA96 001000.
