Known Varieties & Errors (References are to Andrews):

A-428 Obverse: View of Tea Stores. 424 over door. Second building at rear with the words TEA STORES STEAM COFFEE MILLS in 5 lines. ESTABLISHED 1835 SYDNEY in 3 lines in exergue. Beaded rim. J.C.T. (J C Thornthwaite) in small letters under base on right. Bricks of buildings in relief (joints incuse). D of ESTABLISHED is aligned between posts of gateway.
Reverse: Britannia seated to left with trident in left hand and right resting on shield. BRITANNIA above, round within beaded rim and 1852 in exergue. J.C.T. under base on left. Size is 29mm and sides are in normal alignment.
A-429 Obverse & Reverse. As for A-428 but smaller piece (28mm) and upset alignment of sides.
A-430 Obverse: Bricks are sunken (incuse) with joints in relief. The D of ESTABLISHED is aligned under the right post of the gateway.
Reverse: As for A-428, 29mm with normal alignment of sides.
