Notes:

The 2002 two ounce Kookaburra on Branch $2 silver coin was distributed, encapsulated, in a terra-cotta coloured leatherette presentation case. The issue was limited to 800 individual coins.

The coin was also included in 3 sets: 350 in 5 coin proof sets, 400 in 3 coin proof sets and a further 800 in 2 coin proof sets released by the Perth mint.
