Notes: The 2002 one ounce Kookaburra on Branch $1 silver coin was distributed, encapsulated, in a terra-cotta coloured leatherette, hinged-lid presentation case. The issue was limited to 5,000 individual coins. The coin was also included in 4 multiple coin sets: 350 in 5 coin proof sets, 400 in 3 coin proof sets, 800 in 2 coin proof sets and in 3-Coin mixed-metal proof mini 'Outback' collections released by the Perth mint.
