The 1997 two ounce Pattern 1937 Florin Privy Kookaburra on Fence $2 silver coin was released at the Australian Numismatic Dealers Association (ANDA) Newcastle Coin Fair in August, 1997. The coin carries a privy mark which depicts a design commemorating the 60th anniversary of the pre-decimal pattern 1937 florin. The coin is part of a 4 coin privy mark set released by the Perth Mint at various coin shows throughout 1997.
